NRG Radio Uganda Wins East Africa Arts Entertainment Award for Best Radio Station in East Africa.

106.5 NRG Radio Uganda has been recognized as the Best Radio Station in East Africa by the East Africa Arts Entertainment Awards.

Despite being operational in Uganda for only one year, NRG Radio Uganda has swiftly emerged as a change maker, revolutionizing the radio industry not only in Uganda but across the East African region. Focused at redefining radio experience, NRG Radio Uganda goes beyond the conventional boundaries of studio-based broadcasting, offering audiences an immersive and experiential audio-visual radio experience.

Barbra Lynda, the head of brand at NRG Radio Uganda, expressed profound gratitude for the award, stating, “Receiving this recognition in our inaugural year surpasses all our expectations. It's a testament to the dedication of our talent both on air and behind the scenes, and the unwavering support of our incredible listeners. For this recognition, we know East Africa has good taste and are grateful that they recognize the work that goes into constantly putting out good vibes”
